In the following podcast (segment 3) the Houston GM admits that Jaqua has talked to him about being left available for the Expansion Draft, but says no final decision has been made.

On Waibel he says that Craig hasn't expressed a desire to move at his age. One of the hosts joked that its up to Mrs Waibel and the GM somewhat agreed.

The SBI speculation that Ching might be available is basically denied in saying that the only two that are a concern are Jaqua and Waibel.

In his talks about them getting a DP, his main reason not is that the level of Cap hit. Reaffirming my feeling that there is likely something changing concerning DPs in the near future.
