Give us something to chew on!

I know that we had an incredible first season.  Next season should be a bonding of players and the first year jitters gone.  The team played  incredibly well for a first campaign, however if you take away the first five games and the last five games, you may find us talking about alot of different things.  There is an element of excitement that propelled the Sounders into the start of the season.  There was an element of resilience that finished off the season.  What if the stars don't allign next season?  I am not hearing any rumblings about new signings.  I know the team will be better from experience, howver the Champions League looms.   What was good as a surprise last year, won't suffice this comming year.  This team neeeds depth and not just college players to fill roster spots.  This team needs at-least two players to push them to another level.  Attacking midfielder, who can deliver the ball to the front-men and bring the threat of a long strike on goal.  Striker, who can finish, or a set-peice guy who can change the way other teams attack us.  So far I have seen nothing from the Sounders.  Maybe they are being secretive.  Maybe, because this is such a new team, the intel is not refined yet, but there is no information about the interests and workings of the team pertaining to transfers and signings.  Someone needs to get in there and get info!  Someone needs to give us something to talk about.  What players are being looked at.  What are some possible transfers.  Who is going to dig and get transfer speculations high?  Who is going to give the fans something more than a media post one or two days before the signing.  We should be able to follow the players that the team is interested in.  Time to give the fans a 24 month experience.
