How good was Beckford with the once upon an Premiership side? The 6'2" striker has 71 goals in 125 matches over the past 4 years. He's only 26. 94 in 172 in all senior competitions.

can't afford him
if we are having to pay 15 million after taxes for 3 years of Ze Roberto, there is no way we can afford a young up and coming guy. did you read the piece on his deal from si.com?
Beckford isn't young
He’s 26, that is past peak for a striker. He’s also signing with Everton, who aren’t a large payroll club. Beckford will likely be in the 1-2M$ per season range.
I hope that Red Bull get Ze Roberto at that cost.
