Sounders to give fans their money back after LA loss. Season ticket holders will be credited with a game for next year.
Seattle Times Beat Reporter Joshua Mayers
I had to ask if he was serious, because bloggers make that joke once in a while.
"@sounderatheart Seriously. I'll have more soon."
How does that make you feel Sounders Fans?
UPDATE:
Not a precedent - Credits fans - talks about possible changes - Everyone to blame

I'm sure Garber is pissed
But props to the Sounders for putting their money where their mouth is and not taking their fans for granted.
Because if it's not Love | Then it's the bomb ... | That will bring us together
This is great and all,
but it’s a dangerous precedent. What if we have a couple more of these? If we get a really crappy streak going, maybe next year will be half off.
But then again, Adrian knows we don’t have any more home games vs. LA.
I agree
I wasn’t at the game, so this doesn’t really affect me (unless the Sounders want to pay for me to have local channels on my satellite for this month, maybe?) but it does seem to be a little bit of a dangerous precedent. OTOH, I do think this sends a serious message about how serious the FO is about putting out a quality product and I appreciate that, even though I won’t be getting $$ out of it.
The FO knows the mediocre performance lately will not sustain the current level of support
They are sending a clear message that they acknowledge what many Sounders fans fear, another Seattle sports team relegated to perpetual mediocrity, and will do everything to prevent that.
