Around SBN: Knicks Beat Lakers With Familiar Strategy

That's Mayers latest tweet.

Currently on the IR are Fucito, Hurtado and Estrada. Room is clear to add Nkufo.

Estrada is still able to play in Open Cup and CCL.

Nkufo has been added to active roster!

does seattle have anyone else

that would beable to be place on the protected list since IRing Estrada would open a protect list spot not really a senior spot.

What we know about the "protected" players

there can be up to six on roster

up to 4 can be home grown players

non-homegrown players must either be GenAdidas or make minimum salary

so

essentially for example if team signs me for a 40k min salary since i am 26 i couldn’t be added to the protected but if i had a senior roster spot i could be bump down to protect list?
