Since that time, the rumors of the rift have become widespread around the league. Opinions on the true cause that led to Ljungberg’s departure vary. Parke chalked it up to "egos," saying that it was a situation involving "guys who want to be the top dog and get talked about the most."

Cohesion
An area of concern noted last season was the fact that the Fredyan weren’t working well as a unit. An issue which continued (actually worsened) this season.
At this point in time, and granted it is still very early, the pattern seems to be repeating itself. Once again we are seeing what we would expect to be a high impact player have little impact. Once again we’re seeing a player expressing frustration at not being served.
Maybe its a case of European league players having difficulty adjusting to a different league. Or maybe there are some team dynamics in play which are interfering. Clashing, tender egos aren’t real conducive to cohesion.
Keller
has to be the obvious choice. Keller called him out in the beginning of the year and is the only one that can match his pedigree.
Definitely Keller
In terms of who is considered the veteran leader that all players defer to.
But it could also refer to Montero in terms of who is considered the on-field creator that should be given the ball at every opportunity.
I’d take both over FL10 for the roles in question, especially at his price. Without pointing fingers, it’s too bad the egos in question couldn’t get along better.
