Some of you may have missed this in your emails, but it is a pretty significant deal and I wanted to get it out there so that everyone who could possibly want to go and qualify knows about it.

This meeting will not be a party. It will be designed much like a shareholder meeting. There will be recaps of how each business unit for the team did over the past season and what they are looking to do in the future.

Likely discussion points with the team will revolve around things that they can control (broadcasts, Academy, season ticket structure). Joe Roth specifically overrode some of his staff's opinion and is doing this because this is what the Alliance Council asked for.

We wanted to be treated as if Membership was more than discounts and constant emails, but as if our voice matters. While we don't have a "share" of the team, we are certainly stakeholders, and that is how ownership views us.

If you want a year-end party the ECS is hosting a pretty big one.
