Captian Fredy Montero
Sigi gave the captains armband to Fredy Montero against Monterey with Keller not playing. With a new captain needing to be picked for next season, this means that Montero is at least being considered, and may be Sigi's first choice. What do you guys think? I don't think it's a good idea. Montero's young, just 24 years old, and doesn't have the expreience I want in a captain. I dont know that this is true, but I have heard he can be lazy at practices, and he doesnt seem like a good leader, or someone the team can look up to and rally around. I say Rosales, maybe Alonso. I love goalkeeper captains. What do you think?

I think it'll be between Montero, Rosales, and Alonso.
Can’t go wrong.

Evans
Evans didn’t play last night. My guess is that he would have the inside track if we are looking at Sigi’s past choices other than Keller. Though personally, I think that Rosales is the logical successor.

Other than language barrier
I think he’s a fine choice. I don’t know how much language barrier actually plays into things though. Maybe it’s a non-issue.
I hope Sigi picks Evans just to troll the internet.
