Dear Friends,

I have recently been asked to think about running for the Alliance Council. Many individuals have recently expressed interest in having an Armed Services Group or military service member voice in the council and brought the idea to me. I would be honored to represent all of you in the Council I know that  this can and will lead to greater things not only for the ASG but for all SSFC fans.

I hope that I can count on you to get me there to represent each of you.  Currently the ASG is backing Mark Winchester for Council who at this moment only needs 1 more vote. Mark  is a great guy and we all wish him as well. I also hope all the others who are running or are looking for reelection the best and hope to be sitting alongside them all at the end of the voting period. I wish that I could vote for each of the candidates myself but sadly you are only allowed to vote once, no matter how many seats you hold.

To close I just want to say that the ASG is full of great individuals who blow me away again and again with your level of support and commitment whenever the need arises. Thank You for helpping out with our Warrior Transision Battalion Project this season, and all of your generious individual donations for the JBLM Fisher House project, Thank You all for being a outstanding group, Thank You for allowing me to be your President, and I hope to soon Thank You all for allowing me to be your voice in the Alliance Council.

You have until January 31st 2012 to vote. That is when the annual voting period ends according to the Alliance bylaws.
