Tukwila, Wash.-- Seattle Sounders FC Academy teams played their home opener against Nomads FC tonight, the first of a 2-game home stand this weekend.
The U18 team won by a score of 5-3.
Goal Scorers: Ian Lange(2), Ike Crook, Dominique Dismuke, Jimmy Oganga
The U16 team won by a score of 3-0.
Goal Scorers: Isidro Prado-Huerta, Jalen Markey, Tolossa Hassan
Both teams are back in action against San Diego Surf on Sunday at Starfire Sports. The U18 team kicks off at 11 am, followed by the U16 team playing at 1:30 pm.
Factoid: Seattle Sounders FC rookie, Servando Carrasco played for San Diego Surf as a youth.
