I watched the 18s today and

was generally impressed, more up front than in back. Dismuke can be a joy to watch. He’s so quick, and showed poise on his goal. He got past the last defender and then around the keeper who had come out. Crook, his partner up front today, is fun too. Tenacious little dude, Fucitoesque(?). I’m glad he has another year with us. Oganga is interesting, still growing into his body. He had moments of great vision and passing and then just…slowness, squandering possession. I think though a scout would call him ‘projectable’

At the back, moreso in the first half, the Sounders were poor. Slow passing, giveaways, keeper errors, miscommunication. Two weeks from today they play FC Dallas at the showcase. I could imagine this team getting torn apart if they’re not on.

Fun game, cold day. ECS was there, 8 of em. Thanks for the recap, Chris.
