Miguel has posted this on his facebook page and on twitter.  Like Josh, I never fully understood his contract status either.  I'm wondering if we can/will get anything back for him.  Do any of you always-informed SaHers have any insight into this?

Montaño certainly has potential AND is certainly expendable for us.  If we could get something for him, whether it's switching allocation picks, or more allocation money...I am all for it.  I would hope that we get *something* for him....think of it as a finder's fee.
