Michael Tetteh Part of MLS/Adidas Netherlands Tour
One of the other benefits of being part of Generation Adidas is that players often get to go to foreign lands. Last year it was Spain, and this year the Netherlands. Seattle Sounders FC player Michael Tetteh is part of the 18-man squad according to Steven Goff at the Washington Post.

I'm really curious
about how Michael Tetteh is going to fit into the Sounders’ plans for next season.

Tetteh has such a huge upside
Here is to him continuing to build on the talent he already has demonstrated.
Nos audietis in somniis, Nos audietis in altum: You will hear us!
Tetteh is listed as one of 4 defenders on the squad
Hopefully he’ll get some good playing time.
Odd roster.
2 GK
4 D
7 MF (two are tentative)
5 F
In 2012? No.
In 2013? Mayyyybe. If he can get some significant playing time, be it here or on loan elsewhere.

I'd like that.
I always prefer to see home-grown players come up rather than always bringing in players from outside.
He's great in the attack for a left back
So he’ll probably see more in 2012 than he did in 2011 which was 90 minutes in the LHUSOC with no points and 748 minutes in the Reserve League with 3 goals 2 assists and 1 yellow. 2nd most minutes of all Sounders in the Reserve League trailing only Seamon with 899.
He’s not the greatest in defense, but I like him, and he seems to be that type of attack minded Fullback that Sigi keeps talking about.
I was stoked that a GA fell to us so late in the draft and have high hopes for him.
