Dwayne De Rosario Traded To New York Red Bulls
I know you're asking yourself, "How is this possible?" As your resident MLS rules expert, I can only say, "I don't know." Maybe the Red Bulls are making DeRo a DP and paying down his cap hit with allocation money, but that's just speculation.

How the **** did they make this work?

DeRo will actually be paid in cans of Red Bull
Merchandise doesn’t count against the salary cap.
And he'll sign them all.
Look for the empties on eBay. Find unopened ones in MLS charity auctions.
What we're hearing...
Apparently TFC is paying down the salary cap hit by absorbing it on their cap. This is pretty much unprecedented as far as I know, but I suppose that kinda make sense.

Are they planning on putting in a second level at BMO field
Because they seem to have dug themselves a massive pit.
And I had DeRo on my Fantasy Roster...
I can’t catch a break. Had him as my captain this week too. I swear it is a kiss of death to be on my starting squad.

I have him as a starter
Montero as my caption, I thought Sutton would be back from concussion (isn’t). Really wish my line-up could be changed up till 5 minutes before the match.
Where can you find fantasy for MLS?

ESPN FC Manager
ESPN just started up a Fantasy Manager for MLS. Dave has set up a group for Sounders at Heart you can join. Click on the link below for all the details and the password for the SAH group (password is at the bottom of the page):

Precedent
Precedent doesn’t seem to matter much for LA or NY :).
When do we get a new rule?
One tailor made to let us have an advantage on everybody else?

Wow.
Somebody predicted this a few days ago on either mls-rumors or goal.com. Didn’t take it seriously.
