Formidfender paddleboard yoga.
Didn't see anybody post about this on here (saw it on ECS forum first, then saw that @seattlesoccer caught it too), although I could've just missed it. If you haven't seen it yet, there's Roger Levesque just being a regular guy (he wasn't even interviewed in the piece), doing what regular guys do: Yoga on a paddleboard.
