Sounders have been on a "hot streak" of late coming away with wins at Sporting KC, FC Dallas and Monterrey with temps in the 90s/100s. They proved can play in the pressure cooker. Any worries about a cool down? Can't say that I am at all. I'm actually looking forward to a rejuvenated team at the C-Link on Saturday. Temps projected in mid 70s which is 20 degrees lower than those matches. Oy!
I would expect to see the boys back to they free-flowing possession football they are accustomed to at the pitch against the Crew. Keller, Montero and the rest of the regulars will be pumped and wanting to play for their mates who stole 3 its from Monterrey (Muchas gracias). Can't wait!
