It gets great ratings in the Olympics

and very few people watch outside of that. Universal Sports Network doesn’t get great ratings.

Should I be so dismissive? No.
But it is really odd to include track in the promo.

btw – I watched the Dakar Rally Truck division on NBCSports today.

FWIW, I recognized the track athlete they showed, and I don’t really watch it. It didn’t seeem out of place to me.

No one watches track outside of the Olympics. Unlike people who make disparaging comments about soccer, it has a fan base that watches more than once every four years.

watch every track meet they can on Universal, it also has it’s own group of fans.

It's kind of crazy the amount of physical fitness Formula 1 drivers need to have.

Formula 1 is a sport. It requires an iota of strategy.

NASCAR is an activity, much like regular high school cheerleading (Formula 1 in this analogy would be that hardcore cheerleading that they make the crap movies about).
