There hasn't been an off topic thread in awhile, so why don't we chat about all the goings on that are not directly related to our beloved Sounders.

First off, I had a wonderful beer last night, the Monkfish Belgian Style Triple (Tripel?) Ale, from Fish Brewing Co.'s Reel Ales. My girlfriend got it half off at QFC and I think it was a steal at only $4. I'm also really liking the Craft Brew station at the Clink, as I found that both a Lazy Boy IPA and a 7 Seas Cutt's NW Amber Ale go great with a 3-0 victory over the Timbers. Sure, they're expensive at the stadium, but they're also pretty good and I know my money is (mostly) going to a good place. Any good beers you all have tried lately?

As far as burgers, I had a good one over at the Barking Dog Alehouse. I saw some reviews warning me about the soggy bun, and yeah, my bun was soggy, but I guess that's what I get for ordering my burger medium rare. It was still delicious, if a bit messy.

Also, in sports-related but not Sounders related stuff, I highly recommend reading the two stories at this post. Amazing stuff, and a great reminder that there are some awesome people out there.

Oh, and I passed the bar. Woot! I know a few of you were waiting on results, so lets celebrate or commiserate together.
