"I honestly believe Darwin Jones is the best attacking player coming into college soccer next year," said Clark about the Seattle Sounders Academy product. "He has pace and strength to go along with unbelievable technique. In the Sounders preseason camp, he was the fastest guy on the team."

Definitely sounds like UW has a great coach
I think UW and Sounders benefit a lot from each other.
I was really hoping they would have somehow make it into the final four last season so I could have watched them in the College Cup.
Oh well, maybe this year!
No disrespect to Darwin but i think Jamie Clark is a bit over the top with his assessment of Darwin and his assessment of how good last seasons Huskies were.
Oddly, they finished getting Top 25 votes
yet didn’t get to the NCAA. That’s odd.

Top 25 votes not withstanding it’s based on RPI. The combined records of the Div 1 teams that the Huskies beat was 55-86-26. Only teams they beat with a winning record were San Diego State twice and UAB. Hardly the stuff of a NCAA tournament worthy side.
RPI uber alles
