Juninho back to Galaxy too
Because bringing Buddle back just wasn't enough, they had to go and fix their midfield too.

Not just Juninho,
but Leonardo too. On a free. (Juninho on loan)
Going to be tough sledding in the West again.
I just fanshoted the same thing
I didn’t see yours before hitting enter. This isn’t good for the Sounders.
You have offended me to the core
I demand a duel!

This is largely the same team as last year
excepting the addition of Buddle and subtraction of Gonzalez. This is, of course, counting the gain of youth as a wash with the loss of experience bench-wise.

Which is to say
I’m worried, but not really any more worried than I was last year about them.

Don't forget they'll have a full season of Keane
The addition of Keane for a full season has to add a few Ws to their win column
I'm not convinced of this
First, he’ll be gone for portions with national team duties, as will significant portions of the rest of the team at various times. I think the Gals need all the help they can get from this depth and may rarely feature a true first choice team. I’d say the race to the Supporters’ Shield is fair; their real advantage will probably be playoffs where there aren’t any other obligations.

Priorities
It looks we have a team that can do well in the Open Cup, Concacaf, and Supporter’s Shield simultaneously, while having a decent shot at the MLS Cup. The Galaxy has a team that is a heavy favorite to dominate the MLS Cup, but most likely can not do as well in simulataneous competitions. It is hard to say what I would prefer.
