This average position map is for Cal FC's first half in their loss to the Seattle Sounders. It clearly shows a team that bunkered with very rare counters. This is the Sounders in the first half. While Seattle was attacking with all but their CBs, Cal was defending with everyone (note that the forwards were in similar spaces as Seattle's CMs).
