Does anyone know what the reason is? Injury? out of favor? style of opponent? Hadn't read anything and was wondering

I have not followed Sigi long and don't know how he uses players. I think there could be a good competition between Freddy and EJ if their heads don't get in the way. Doesn't seem after goals there is great comraderie between them. Initially I thought maybe Freddy was chafing at EJ taking the shine off his (Freddy's) star, but the hat trick should have salved that, and now EJ is not playing. Post some thoughts.
