It's been a few days since we've had any real update on the Martins' transfer saga and was curious to see if anyone had any updates. Last heard was that club reps' had stepped away and league lawyers were working out the deal, Martins himself said the deal was still alive and hoped the deal will work out. His desire to play here is surely worth the extra tax. The lack of word is likely an indication that this deal isn't going through. Personally I hope we can bring him in soon within this transfer window, having to wait until summer will be very frustrating. If not it will be very disappointing to have seen the team let go of Tiffert so early, especially the amount we paid him for NOT playing for us. Hopefully news is soon to come.....
