Episode 143: Sounders douse the Fire, World Cup talk with Matt Ufford

Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY Sports

This week we discuss the Sounders victory over the Chicago Fire, and talk World Cup with SB Nation's Matt Ufford.

The Sounders entered the World Cup break with a 3-2 win over the Chicago Fire, in a rather messy game that featured Obafemi Martins seeing red. We discuss the match, and talk about the rather poor officiating performance from Chris Penso.

We're joined by SB Nation's Matt Ufford to talk World Cup from a perspective of somehow outside the "soccer bubble". There's also an MLS Wrap, and plenty of listener questions to answer.
