As of now, and it is a very fluid now, Seattle Sounders FC has roster space open to add players. They may not have much cap space but at the tail end of the roster that isn't important.

Unlike past depth charts the Sounders don't nearly have 3 XIs right now. Instead with the losses over the offseason the team is two deep by primary role and has a handful of spots with a third player.
Ending the bye week it is clear that the Seattle Sounders depth chart is different than we thought it was. Whether forced by injury or coach's preference the variety of lineups changes our preconceptions.
Seattle now no longer needs to cut a player to make the March 1st roster limit.
