Just as his light was shining brightest, and his chances to start were greatest, Mike Fucito has been placed on Injured Reserve. It was a day-to-day issue prior to the Double. Joshua Mayers mentioned seeing a brace, but now it seems to be something a bit worse.
The shame of it all is that the shift to the 4-3-3 should lead to more opportunities for Fucito, but now its a healing game. Mike will be eligible to play in both friendlies, only health will determine if he does.
This leaves the team with 2 Open Roster slots at this time, as Nate Jaqua is on the team.
