Offense: Noonan was brought on for some veteran savvy. His ability to connect with his teammates has been solid, though not yet producing results. Historically he is capable of being a prolific scorer, but with the Sounders we are mainly seeing work effort.
Defense: He makes solid choices when to challenge the backline, and rarely fouls. He has a bit of height to contribute in set-plays, but isn’t bulky and shouldn’t be on a primary target.
What you Love: He’s one of Sigi’s guys and was brought in to fill a hollow role.
What you Hate: He’s one of Sigi’s guys and is there for veteranness.
What to expect in the second half: Noonan is going to drop down into depth with both Nkufo and Jaqua being on the active roster. His contributions in non-League play will need to be strong for him to be a fan favorite.
