Match Day Quick Reference Card: Rapids vs. Sounders

We originally thought Mike Seamon would get the start, but apparently Nathan Sturgis is the primary corner kick man, which means he'll probably be starting at center mid. We envision him starting alongside Osvaldo Alonso in what is a pretty standard 4-4-2 set up.

We are also projecting that Miguel Montano steps back into the right mid position, with the hope that he can flash some of skill he showed before getting red-carded against Dallas. Speaking of which, yellow-card accumulation will send Leo Gonzalez to the bench. Tyson Wahl or Zach Scott will get the start there, and we went with Scott primarily because he's played more regular season games than Wahl.

The other notable change to our lineup is Blaise Nkufo making his MLS debut. He seems primed and ready to go and watching him combine with Fredy Montero should be fun.
