With Blaise Nkufo, Leo Gonzalez and James Riley all joining the team in Chicago, we're expecting them to all start. We also think Alvaro Fernandez will be back at right mid, but would be totally unsurprised to see Sanna Nyassi there.
The only other significant lineup move would be the inclusion of Mike Fucito in the 18. After his match against Monterrey, it seems crazy that he hasn't earned a chance to at least earned a spot on the gameday roster.
Our lineup projection for the Fire comes via Tweed at Hot Times In Old Town. William Conde is out with a card suspension, Nery Castillo hasn't been practicing at full strength, Gonzalo Segares has recently returned to practice and Marco Pappa appears to finally be healthy and available.
This is not quite a classic six-pointer since Chicago has fallen off the pace, but a Sounders victory would likely spell the end of any reasonable hopes for the Fire to make the playoffs.
Not a whole lot else to report. Our scouting report should be up tomorrow morning and we'll have a gamethread for tonight's match on ESPN2.
