It was a crazy week for those of us on the Nos Audietis team. On the field, we were overjoyed to see the Seattle Sounders win both of their games in relatively convincing fashion. But we were also a bit bummed to learn that Adam "MCA" Yauch had lost his long fight with cancer. To help salve those wounds, we used a ton of Beastie Boys music and brought in some pretty heavy hitting guests on this week's show. As a result, the show's a little longer than usual (OK, a lot longer than usual), but feel free to listen to it over multiple sittings.
At long last, we were able to bring THE Arlo White (@arlowhite) back onto Nos Audietis for the first time since he became the voice of NBC Soccer. We mostly talked about this week's game against the Union and his view of the Sounders, but also caught up with him about how he's liking his new gig.
We followed that up by interviewing experts on this week's opponents, FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake. Daniel Robertson (@BigDSoccer) of Big D Soccer broke down the Hoops, while RSL color commentator Brian Dunseth (@BP_TOW) filled us in on the happenings in Utah.
