The Seattle Sounders restart their MLS campaign with a quick trip to Quebec to face the Montreal Impact. Seattle is a good team when they see an expansion team for the first time 2-0-2. With Osvaldo Alonso out for his suspension there was some question about who would start in the defensive mid, that's been answered with Andy Rose. The Sounders lineup features the presumed ideal attacking 4 with Brad Evans in the central midfield alongside Rose.
Seattle has the advantage of experience and quality, while the Impact should be fired up to open their new stadium against a semi-familiar opponent. Expect Seattle to play crosses in more often than typical as the footing may be a bit off as the grass hadn't transferred until last week.

Sorry for today's abbreviated gamethread. It's like the game snuck up on me. Or I was at an Alliance Council meeting.
