Just because there's a big break in MLS action, doesn't mean the Seattle Sounders are getting much time off. The same goes for us, as we recap last week's win over the Atlanta Silverbacks and preview this week's game against Cal FC in U.S. Open Cup action.

Webster gives us some quality insight into the story behind Cal FC, while Gaschk gives us some of the inside info on the Sounders. We discuss the return of Steve Zakuani, as well as all sorts of fun issues.
