Even more so than friendlies this is a celebration of soccer. The match will even be the debut of adidas new Smart Soccer technology. For the Seattle Sounders players it will be their second shot at Chelsea. After managing a 4-2 result on their own they will look to improve while surrounded by most of the best of MLS.

With Osvaldo Alonso starting his night should be over quick. Kyle Beckerman deserves a run and the straight swap is simple. Eddie Johnson is not starting, but with the plethora of attacking talent on the MLS squad he should get some play.

Lineup: Neilson; Morrow, DeMerit, Collin, Beitashour; Alonso; Donovan, Beckham, De Rosario; Henry, Wondolowski

Chelsea's squad is a bit stronger than it was on its swing to Seattle. Their Euro players have mostly joined the team. For them this is pure tuneup. That is not the case for MLS. There is a feeling, however right or wrong, that performing well in this ESPN2 (5:30 PM Pacific) showcase can convert a few new fans. Poor performances against Manchester United didn't prove that theory right, and couldn't.

Enjoy some more soccer where results don't matter. League play starts back up with a mile high match against the Colorado Rapids.
