No, the Seattle Sounders still haven't formally announced that Fredy Montero has joined Millonarios on loan, but a pair of Tweets today make it clear that an official announcement is imminent. Montero, himself, tweeted out a message that implied that the formal announcement will be made on Monday and a Colombian journalist sent out a photo of Montero wearing a Millonarios jersey.

There really hasn't been much doubt that this deal was going to happen for at least a few weeks, and the Sounders have even started to casually acknowledge that Montero won't be playing here in 2013. At this point, a formal announcement would probably come as a relief, as this is starting to feel like "death by a million cuts."
