Sounders vs Timbers -- 2nd Half Gamethread

The Sounders are down a goal and look to get back into it in the second half.

Otto Greule Jr
A late goal in the first half has the Sounders down by a goal. The Sounders have had some great minutes of possession, but have also conceded possession for long stretches. Dempsey is battling a shoulder injury. Nagbe seems to continue to be a great player, Chara has successfully clogged the middle, and Portland's defense has held. One bright spot for the Sounders is that Gonzalez has completely shut down Valencia. The defense has held, mostly, and Hahnemann has been good, save for his mistake on the goal. The Sounders have about 40 minutes to try and get back into the game. They will need at least two goals to win the coveted Cascadia Cup. Zakuani is an option on the bench, though it has been depleted by injury (Oba, Johnson) and callus (Evans). Join us here and we will see if the men in Cyan can complete that comeback. We believe that we will win.
