2014 World Cup
There seems to be a controversy brewing between Brazil and Spain over Diego Costa. Costa, who currently leads the top 6 leagues in Europe in scoring this season, was born in Brazil but qualifies to represent Spain. Spain was set to call him up in the final World cup qualifying matches last week before paperwork issues with FIFA prevented him from representing Spain. Brazil manager Luis Felipa Scolari will travel to Madrid to attempt to convince Costa to play for Brazil.
