Third Annual US Open Cup Pick 'Em

Carrying forward what is now a tradition we will be holding our third annual US Open Cup Pick 'Em. This is the 100th version of the US Open Cup. It is larger than ever with two teams being whittled away from the competition tonight. In total 68 teams will compete for the title which the Sounders held for three straight years.

Here are the rules for this season's pick 'em:

• Pick a roster of teams by leaving a comment with your team list on this thread before kickoff of the first match of the first round on May 14th. That's next Tuesday. We are going to ignore the Play-In Round for the purposes of this contest.
• You have a budget of 42 credits to spend on teams.
• Team cost is based on the team's league, as follows:
  • MLS: 10
  • NASL/USL Pro: 5
  • PDL: 3
  • NPSL: 2
  • USASA/USCS/USSSA: 1
• You get 1 point for each win by one of your teams.

There will be a prize this season, which has yet to be determined. It will likely be a selection from our someday finalized apparel line. A list of teams as well as the matchups for the first two rounds are available here.
