With so many changes for Chivas USA (coach, international duty) the Seattle Sounders were limited in how they could prepare for the "other" LA team. They will still need to learn what system the Goats are using quickly, but success tonight will be more about how Seattle defines itself, what they do within their system that works. Chivas gives up goals and the Sounders are capable of scoring in many ways. The most important of those is to win the ball quickly or snag the second ball and get into attack immediately. Do not wait, just attack. The enemy's goal is down. Simple, fast, quick transitions lead to goals, particularly with a lineup that will feature Martins and Neagle.
