Check out the full buildup to Brad Evans' goal

There was nothing particularly special about Brad Evans' finish that tied the Seattle Sounders' aggregate-goal series with the LA Galaxy at 1-1. But the buildup was very good.

It starts with DeAndre Yedlin joining the attack and drawing some attention, but the magic happens in the middle of the park where Obafemi Martins and Clint Dempsey work one of their trademark give-and-go maneuvers. Dempsey alertly follows Martins into the box and is able to get to the ball first after it gets loose. His shot hits off a couple defenders, but he hits it with enough pace that it gets beyond them.

That's where Evans comes in and he finishes what has to be the easiest goal of his career. It might also be the most important as that goal set off a sequence of events that led to the Sounders take a 2-1 aggregate-goal lead into halftime, just 45 minutes away from their first MLS Cup finals appearance.
