Chad Barrett takes part in Seattle Santarchy

Saturday was a busy day in Seattle. There was the ECS End of Season Party. There was the Green Lake Walk of Lights. There was the Woodland Park Zoo Wildlights. And there was Seattle Santarchy. Guess which one Chad Barrett took part in.

Right about now, you're probably asking yourself "What is Santarchy?" Well, it's probably best to let their Facebook page explain: "Santarchy is an annual mass gathering of people dressed in Santa Claus/related costumes who parade on the streets and in the bars in cities around the world. The focus is on spontaneity and creativity while having a good time and spreading cheer, goodwill, and all that other marshmallow fluff."

And just to be clear, they want all their participants to know that, despite the rather dangerous sounding name, they really do intend this to be a fun event, noting that participants are not to "mess" with kids, cops, bar staff or other Santas.

Good to see Barrett embracing local culture. Let's hope he followed the rules.
