Sounders will host USA-Belgium viewing party at CenturyLink Event Center

Admission will be free and will be all ages.

Mike DiNovo-USA TODAY Sports

The public viewing event that Seattle soccer fans have been hankering has come to fruition. The Seattle Sounders will be co-hosting a viewing party with AO Seattle for the United States-Belgium match on Tuesday, July 1 at the CenturyLink Event Center. Admission is free, it's open to all ages and an AO Seattle spokesperson said they are hoping to have a beer garden. Doors will open at 11 a.m. for the 1 p.m. kickoff.

Although there are no details yet as to how much of the 200,000-square-foot facility will be made available, it is clearly big enough to accommodate thousands of people and become the largest World Cup viewing party in town.

As of now, Sounder at Heart does not have a viewing party of its own planned, but you can rest assured that any place listed on our World Cup viewing guide will be opening their doors for this game.
