As you probably know, the Seattle Sounders-Portland Timbers match is not the only big match taking place on Sunday. There's also that World Cup final thing, and chances are you were probably planning to watch it. As was previously announced, the Sounders have you covered there and will be hosting a viewing party at Occidental Park.
Well, now there are some real details.
First off, the event is all ages and there's no admission cost. There's also going to be a beer garden, so you can watch the game just like a regular adult. In addition to beer, there will be non-alcoholic provisions such as water, soda and food. Proceeds from all beverage sales will be donated to the Special Olympics.
Doors for the event will open at 11 a.m. and kickoff is scheduled for noon. The Sounders game will kick off 7 p.m.
