Damn it feels good to a champion. We're back to revel in the glory of a fourth US Open Cup title for the Sounders as we break down the game and savor the silverware. There's also some looking ahead to be done as the team enters the home stretch of the season with a tough run of games and the Supporters Shield within their grasp.

We also spend some time discussing MLS Next and the league's new logo, along with Bruce Arena's $20k fine. There's also plenty of listener questions to answers as well.
