We're back again with another offseason show to catch up on the new surrounding the Seattle Sounders and MLS. To be fair, there isn't much, but since we know you need your Nos Audietis fix, here we are! We discuss the lack of roster moves so far by the club, and the news about the turf at CenturyLink Field.

We're also joined by agent/writer Ted Philipakos to discuss his perspective on the current labor issues in MLS and the CBA negotiations. We talk about a possible work stoppage, free agency and a variety of other topics.

There's also listener questions to be answered.
