Seattle Reign face FC Kansas City tonight in Portland for the NWSL Final. The match will be aired at 6:30 p.m. on Fox Sports 1.

This will be a rematch of the 2014 NWSL Final, a match that FCKC won. Seattle will surely be out for revenge.

The Portland Thorns may be hosting the NWSL Final, but they were far from earning their place to play in it. Stumptown Footy is reporting that they may be poaching Washington Spirit head coach Mark Parsons.

US Open Cup

Washington DC had an agreement with DC United that gave them until yesterday to secure all of the land for their planned stadium. The city left it to the very last minute, but did file the paperwork yesterday to secure the remaining two acres of land via eminent domain.

According to Fusion, Drogba has been 'terrorizing' MLS since he joined the Montreal Impact. But 'he who stopped a war' may have met his match in the form of Orlando City's Turf.

Orlando City FC certainly isn't afraid to think big. Team Owner Flavio Augusto Da Silva is apparently setting his sights on Cristiano Ronaldo for next year. For the moment, Cristiano seems very comfortable at Real Madrid where he just scored his 500th professional goal.

Orlando City's wizkid Cyle Larin just set a new rookie goal-scoring record. The team has compiled a video showing every one of his goals (so far).

Toronto FC is very near securing their first trip to the MLS playoffs. Their next challenge may be to fight for priority at their own BMO stadium which has just been tapped to host the 2016 Grey Cup (CFL Super Bowl).

The NASL had been rumored to be expanding to Southern California, but it appears these rumors are dead for now.
