Sounders vs. LA Galaxy, streaming: How to follow the unaired preseason match

The Seattle Sounders will play their second official preseason game of the year on Friday at 11:30 a.m.. They opened on Wednesday with a 5-0 win over UCLA. Like that game, this game will not be available to watch and the only way to follow along is on Twitter where @LiveSounders will be giving play-by-play.

Even though we can't actually watch, there are a few things we can look for:
  • Does Brad Evans get another extended look at center back? We wrote rather extensively about what a good fit we believe him to be at the position and if he's there again, that's a sign that this could really happen.
  • Who's playing forward alongside Obafemi Martins? With Clint Dempsey away, you have to think Sigi Schmid is going to try a few things. On Wednesday, it was Lamar Neagle. Today it could be Kevin Parsemain or Kenny Cooper or Chad Barrett. The first forward off the bench seems to be a wide open race.
  • How do the center mids look? By all appearances, Osvaldo Alonso and Gonzalo Pineda are still the first-choice pairing. But after that? Cristian Roldan, Andy Rose and Micheal Azira would all seem to be in the running.
