For most teams being 2-2-1 +2 would feel all right. For Seattle Sounders FC that is nowhere near the heights they desire. Being in a Western Conference with a few hot starts means that is only good for 8th and barely ahead of the Colorado Rapids. Tonight's match could go some ways to showing the full power of the Rave Green.

Injury Report
Rapids OUT: Cronin, Burch

Sounders OUT: None
Questionable: Lowe, Dempsey
What to Watch:
- Exploit Burling on Ground - The Rapids are great in the air, but they have a weakness that Seattle is built to exploit.
- More Throughballs - Oba and Neagle can burst into spaces. If their midfielders can feed them the ball into openness their chances are better.
- Connect through the Middle - Alonso and Pineda are playing together! Use that heart to feed the ball throughout the pitch.
- Stay Stout - The defense only had one poor game. Maintaining their consistency at a goal or less makes it easy to steal road points.
