Optimize your soccer watching day with Sounder at Heart

Today is a day with Copa America, Women's World Cup, and both of the local men's pro teams in U.S. Open Cup action. Here's an infographic and plan to get the most soccer into your life in a single day.

If you are at Sounder at Heart you love soccer. Good news! There's a lot of soccer today. Here's how you can enjoy as much of that as possible. Your day should start with the Copa America. BeIN Sports has Paraguay and Jamaica at 2 PM. There's several MLS players on that Jamaica squad (Mattocks, Taylor, Watson, etc.) and if they are going to make the knockouts they must get points against Paraguay. SB Nation Soccer has a bunch of stuff on the Copa America, including this preview.

But at the same time is the amazing Naho and Japan in Women's World Cup action. They should crush Ecuador. Fox Sports 1 is carrying that match. We'll have a gamethread for all the WWC action.

I'm already starting to get winded. Here's a graphic for your eyeballs. That's probably easier.

Soccer Tuesday

Several of the Sounder at Heart/Ride of the Valkyries staff are like you and will be either in Vancouver, BC, or Tukwila, WA. That's great! What's also great is that we'll still be providing full coverage of the United States, S2 and Sounders FC. We already started our storystream for Sounders vs. Portland. There's also a preview of S2 at Real Salt Lake in Fourth Round Lamar Hunt Open Cup action.

By the end of the evening there will be live commentary, lineups, highlights, recaps and analysis for three matches of local relevance as we all enjoy the busiest local soccer day in history (hyperbole intended, but also likely true). You can find all of that by coming to SounderAtHeart.com regularly, following our Twitter account, or following the Facebook page.
