MLS released a few All-Star Game teasers yesterday: the first thirteen players on the roster, as well as the team's uniform. Don Garber used his picks for the game on two players who between them share a grand total of zero minutes of MLS play.

After finishing atop the Western Conference in 2015, the Sounders Women host the Colorado Pride in their first post-season game of the year this Saturday.

ELO Rating is a widely used system of ranking members of a head-to-head competition. One analyst has crunched the numbers for MLS teams over the past year plus, and he currently has the Sounders ranked lower than the Timbers.

This past Sunday, John Oliver did a segment on our terrible relationship with stadiums, but apparently Sacramento wasn't listening. Sac-town just hired international management firm Legends (who helped build Yankee Stadium, Manchester City's Etihad Stadium, etc.) to help put their stadium plan into action.

Sure everyone's happy for the USWNT after their World Cup victory, but what of the children?

The USMNT tied their group-stage match against Panama yesterday on a single goal from Michael Bradley. They play against a yet-to-be-decided opponent on Saturday in the Gold Cup quarterfinals.

Brad Guzan had a solid showing against Panama, but in even better news for the Chicago-born goalkeeper, it looks like he could be in line to regain his starting spot for Aston Villa.
