Aaron Kovar earns start, Martins and Haedo Valdez up top

Sigi Schmid again rotated players as his Seattle Sounders are on the their third match of five within fifteen days. Today's squad that takes on Real Salt Lake is more like the one that pounded Orlando last Sunday, again featuring Obafemi Martins and Nelson Haedo Valdez up top.

A slight surprise as a starter is Aaron Kovar, who started Wednesday against CD Olimpia. The left midfielder had a strong match without recording an assist or goal. Oniel Fisher, a natural right back, continues as the left back in MLS play.

The bench includes Thomas and Neagle for some attacking punch. Lamar gets a bit of a rest after starting the previous two matches.
